How to Find Your Order Number

1. Go to the Home Page
   Start by visiting our website's home page.
2. Click on the "Account" Section
   At the top middle of the page, click on the "Account" button.
3. Go to the "Orders" Tab
   Inside your account, you’ll see an "Orders" tab. Click on it.
4. View Your Orders
   You will see a list of all your past orders.
5. Locate the Order Number
   On the left side of each order, you’ll find a number — this is your Order ID.

How to Place a Return Request

1. Go to the Home Page
   Visit our website and navigate to the home page.
2. Click on the "Account" Option
   At the top middle of the page, you'll see the "Account" button. Click on it.
3. Select "Place Return"
   Once inside your account section, look for the "Place Return" option and click on it.
4. Fill Out the Return Form
   A form will appear asking for the following details:
   • Name
   • Phone Number
   • Email ID
   • Subject
   • Order Number (You can find this in the "My Orders" section)
5. Submit the Form
   After filling in all the details, click Submit.
6. Check Your Email
   You will receive a confirmation email shortly, indicating that your return request has been successfully placed.
